🌍 Multilingual Content Kits

Your English Content. Dutch & German Markets.

Expanding to the Netherlands or Germany? You write in English — we deliver a complete content kit adapted for each market. Not a word-for-word translation. Market-ready copy that actually converts: articles, social posts, email snippets, meta descriptions.

🇳🇱 Dutch-ready 🇩🇪 German-ready ⚡ Sprint or Retainer

You Have Great Content — It's Just Stuck in One Language

The situation right now

  • Your English content is solid, but your Dutch and German prospects see nothing
  • Machine translation makes you sound like a foreigner — not a trusted supplier
  • Hiring separate writers per market costs €2,000–5,000/month minimum
  • Your team is already stretched — nobody has time to localize a blog post AND write 10 social captions
  • Every new market feels like starting from scratch

What a Content Kit gives you

  • One brief → three market-ready kits (EN + NL + DE)
  • Adapted tone, idiom, and market context — not word-for-word translation
  • Every format covered: long-form, social, email, meta
  • A Voice & Claims Library that compounds with every kit
  • Published faster than briefing a freelancer

What's in Every Kit

Each kit covers the full content lifecycle for one topic — from the long read to the LinkedIn post to the email subject line. Per market. Per language.

📝

Adapted Long-Form Content

A 1,000–2,000 word article adapted (not translated) for NL and DE audiences. Tone, examples, and regulatory references adjusted for each market. SEO-optimized with locally relevant keywords.

📱

Social Media Posts

5 ready-to-schedule posts per market (LinkedIn + X). Each post adapted for platform conventions — Dutch directness for NL, formal credibility signals for DE. Not the same caption in a different language.

✉️

Email Snippets

3 email variants per market: newsletter intro, outreach follow-up, and nurture sequence paragraph. Subject lines included. GDPR-conscious phrasing by default.

🔍

Meta Descriptions

SEO-optimized title tags and meta descriptions for each language version. Written for click-through — not just keyword stuffing. Character counts respected.

🧬

Voice & Claims Library ★ Key Asset

This is what makes it compound: After every kit we add your approved claims, preferred phrasing, and market-specific terminology to a living document. New kits build on what's already approved — no re-briefing, consistent voice, faster delivery. The longer you work with us, the sharper the output.

Human QA Pass

Every kit is reviewed by a native speaker before delivery. We're using AI to produce at scale — not to skip the quality check. You get AI speed with human accuracy.

How It Works

Three steps. No agency bloat. No endless revision rounds.

01

You brief us once

Share your source content (English article, deck, or bullet points) + key claims and what matters most for this topic. 15 minutes of your time, max. We do the rest.

02

We build the kit

We adapt your content for each market, pull from your Voice & Claims Library for consistency, and run a native QA pass. Typical turnaround: 3–5 business days per sprint.

03

You publish

You receive a structured kit with every asset clearly labeled and ready to copy-paste. One approval round if needed. We update the Voice & Claims Library and you're set for the next topic.

Built for Companies Entering the Dutch & German Market

This isn't for global enterprises with 12-person content teams. This is for companies with good products and limited bandwidth.

✅ This is for you if...

  • You sell B2B or D2C into the Netherlands or Germany
  • Your current content is in English and you're losing deals to local competitors who "just feel more familiar"
  • You have 10–50 employees and no dedicated multilingual content team
  • You want consistency across markets — same brand voice, different language
  • You publish at least 1–2 pieces of content per month and want to multiply the reach

❌ This is not for you if...

  • You need instant machine translation at €0.01/word — that's Google Translate
  • You have no English source content to start from
  • You need regulated content (legal, medical) that requires certified translators
  • You publish once a year and don't care about consistency

We Eat Our Own Cooking

Every piece of content on quenos.ai — this page included — goes through our own kit process. EN + NL + DE, every time. We're not selling something we outsource ourselves.

"We publish every blog post, service page, and social update in three languages — English, Dutch, and German. Our AI manages the adaptation pipeline. Coen (our founder) reviews and approves. The process takes less time than writing in one language used to."

Common Questions

Is this translation or adaptation?

Adaptation. Translation is word-for-word. Adaptation changes examples, idioms, tone, and cultural references so the content actually lands for a Dutch or German reader. "Polder model" means something to a Dutch reader that an English reader won't get. We work with that — not around it.

Do I need to provide the source content in English?

Yes — English is the source language. You can provide a finished article, a rough draft, or even structured bullet points. We'll shape it into the right format for each market. If you have nothing written yet, we can help with the English brief too (ask on the call).

What's the Voice & Claims Library exactly?

A living document we maintain for you. It captures your approved terminology, key product claims (with phrasing you're happy with), tone preferences, and market-specific notes. Every new kit pulls from it automatically — so kit 5 is tighter than kit 1, not the same quality at the same effort.

How do I know it's actually good Dutch or German?

Every kit gets a native speaker QA pass before delivery. We also track any terminology feedback you give us and update the Voice & Claims Library. If something reads wrong for your market, you tell us once — it never comes back.

Can I start with just one market (NL or DE)?

Absolutely. Many clients start with the Netherlands (closer market, smaller volume) and add Germany once the workflow is running. The sprint price applies per market if you prefer to go one at a time.

Is this GDPR compliant?

Yes. All processing stays within the EU. We don't feed your proprietary content or client data into public AI tools without a DPA in place. Standard practice for us — we'll provide the paperwork before we start.
