Service 3: AI Readiness Diagnostic
The problem it solves: You don't know where to start. Every vendor tells you AI will transform your business, but nobody tells you whether you're actually ready, what's missing, or where the real risks are. You end up either doing nothing (safe, but falling behind) or buying tools you don't need yet.
What we do
A 2-hour structured session across 6 dimensions. We assess where your business actually stands — not where a sales pitch wants you to think you stand.
The six dimensions:
- Data & process maturity — Are your processes documented enough for AI to act on? Is your data clean and accessible?
- Team AI literacy — Can your team work with AI outputs without constant hand-holding? Where are the skill gaps?
- Current tool landscape — What's already in your stack? What connects and what doesn't?

- Quick win opportunities — Which workflows can be automated in the next 30 days with existing tools?

Output: A scorecard you can read in five minutes, plus a concrete action plan ranked by impact and effort. Not a 40-page PDF that sits unread in your downloads folder — a working document you can act on next week.
