Questions You Probably Have
What if I'm "not ready" according to the diagnostic?
That's valuable information! You'll know exactly what to fix before spending money on AI. Many clients use the roadmap to prepare internally, then come back 3-6 months later. We're not here to sell you stuff you can't use.
How is this different from a generic AI consultant?
We don't pitch transformation. We assess reality. Most consultants will tell you you're ready (because they want the project). We'll tell you if you're not — and what to fix first. Also, we actually build and run AI systems ourselves, so we know what works.
Do I need to prepare anything before the diagnostic?
Just the pre-workshop questionnaire (15-20 minutes). If you have any existing process documentation, SOPs, or org charts, bring them — but it's fine if you don't.
What happens after the diagnostic?
Three options: (1) You take the roadmap and implement it yourself, (2) You work with us on implementation (fee credited back), or (3) You decide AI isn't the right priority right now. All three are fine.
How long until I get my scorecard and roadmap?
1 week after the workshop. We need time to analyze your answers, map dependencies, and build realistic timelines. Rush jobs give you generic advice — we don't do that.
Is this GDPR compliant?
Yes. All data stays in the EU. We don't feed your business info into public AI tools. Everything is covered under our DPA (provided before the workshop).
Does the diagnostic cover EU AI Act compliance?
Yes — we added a dedicated 7th dimension in 2026. We'll classify your AI systems by risk tier, check for prohibited practices, and flag your transparency and documentation gaps. If you're in HR tech, finance, or insurance, this is particularly important: automated hiring, credit scoring, and fraud detection are all considered high-risk AI under the Act.
